Last updated: 27 March 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Ignitions Ltd, trading and operating the FraudSentry service ("Quantum Ignitions", "FraudSentry", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the FraudSentry website, web application, mobile application features, support services, and related services (together, the "Services").

We do not promise that every check or supported feature processes the same categories of data in every case. The exact information processed depends on the product flow, permissions granted, your device, your plan, and the feature used.

- from other lawful sources where necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, compliance, or service operation.
5. Purposes of Processing
We may process personal information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, administer, and maintain the Services;
- to authenticate users and manage accounts;

- where lawful, to send product-related communications you have requested or consented to receive.
6. Lawful Bases for Processing
Where data protection law requires us to identify a lawful basis for processing, we may rely on one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide the Services you request, manage your account, or perform our contractual obligations.
- Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, including operating and improving the Services, securing the Services, preventing abuse, protecting users, and administering our business, except where those interests are overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: where processing is necessary for compliance with applicable law, regulation, lawful request, court order, or regulatory obligation.
- Consent: where we rely on your consent, such as for certain optional communications or device-level permissions. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it, subject to lawful limitations and technical realities.
- Vital interests or other lawful bases where recognised by applicable law and genuinely necessary.
7. How FraudSentry Works and Processing Limitations
FraudSentry provides decision-support functionality only. It may use product logic, deterministic rules, scoring methods, summaries, or assisted guidance to help present safety-related information to the user.
Results, summaries, guidance, alerts, or check outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, misleading, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not guarantees, not professional advice, and not official determinations. You must independently verify important claims, contact details, instructions, requests, links, and payment demands through official or otherwise trusted channels before taking action.
Where assisted summaries or similar features are available, they are supplementary and may depend on plan level, settings, environment configuration, or product state.
8. Platform and Feature Differences
The Services may differ between the website, web application, and supported mobile application environments.
Some features may:
- only be available on supported Android devices;
- require specific permissions;
- depend on app or device configuration;
- depend on whether FraudSentry has been selected as the active caller ID and spam app;
- depend on subscription plan;
- vary by country, region, app-store policies, or technical environment;
- be unavailable, degraded, or removed at any time.
You should not assume that a feature described generally is universally available in every environment.
9. Safe Call Shield and Related Supported Features
Where available, Safe Call Shield and similar caller-related supported features may require:
- a supported Android device;
- required permissions being granted and maintained;
- an eligible plan;
- system and device compatibility;
- FraudSentry being selected as the active caller ID and spam app;
- the continued availability of third-party or operating-system-supported behaviour.
Even where such requirements are met, FraudSentry does not guarantee that all suspicious, fraudulent, spoofed, or unwanted calls will be detected, labelled, surfaced, interrupted, or prevented.
10. Trusted Circle
Trusted Circle is designed as a manual user-controlled feature only. It is not an automatic alerting service, automatic emergency-contact notification system, guardian-monitoring system, or continuous monitoring service.
FraudSentry does not guarantee that a trusted contact will receive, read, or act upon any information shared through that feature.
11. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for service provision, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, records management, and enforcement of our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on:
- the category of data;
- the plan used;
- whether data was submitted for a one-time or saved interaction;
- whether an account remains active;
- technical, legal, accounting, or security requirements;
- whether a deletion request is received.
At the time of writing, saved report retention may differ by plan, including:
- Free: generally no saved report retention;
- Pro: retention of saved reports for up to 7 days;
- Max: retention of saved reports for up to 30 days.
These periods describe product behaviour and are not an absolute promise that every related technical record will be deleted instantly at expiry. Certain logs, backups, security records, billing records, and legally required records may be retained for longer where appropriate.
12. Private Mode
Where Private Mode is offered, it is intended to reduce or limit saved account history for relevant eligible activity. Private Mode does not promise complete anonymity, complete suppression of all technical logging, invisibility to service providers, or immediate deletion of all system-level records.
We may still process and retain limited information where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, diagnostics, billing, service integrity, or lawful retention purposes.
13. Rewarded Ads and App-Specific Access Flows
If the Android application offers rewarded-ad-based access to additional free checks or similar benefits, those flows may depend on:
- the availability of ads;
- the availability and operation of third-party ad services;
- successful completion of the required reward flow;
- app store or platform policy;
- abuse-prevention or anti-fraud controls;
- current product rules.
No reward is guaranteed unless the relevant conditions are met. Reward availability may vary and may be changed, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn.
14. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling personal data for money.
We may disclose personal information to:
- service providers and processors who assist with hosting, infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, communications, support, authentication, subscriptions, billing, fraud prevention, or similar operational needs;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors where reasonably necessary;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, governmental authorities, or other third parties where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect legal rights, safety, or security;
- counterparties involved in a corporate transaction such as merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards where applicable;
- other parties where you direct us to share information or where you otherwise consent.
We may also use and disclose aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified information where lawful.
15. International Transfers
Your personal information may be processed in the United Kingdom or in other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable law, including the use of recognised safeguards where required.
16. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet-based service, database, network, or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we do not warrant or guarantee the absolute security of personal information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, using strong passwords, and maintaining appropriate device and account security.
17. Data Requests, Rights, and Deletion
Depending on your location and the law that applies to you, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information, which may include rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, or complaint to a supervisory authority.
These rights are not absolute and may be limited by law.
If you wish to make a request relating to your personal information, please contact us at:
support@fraudsentrycheck.com
or via https://www.fraudsentrycheck.com/contact
If you wish to request account deletion, please use the process described at:
https://www.fraudsentrycheck.com/account-deletion
We may request additional information to verify identity before acting on certain requests. We may also retain information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing, dispute resolution, records management, or enforcement purposes.
18. Third-Party Links and Public Sources
The Services may link to third-party websites, public bodies, official alerts, reporting services, app stores, payment platforms, or other resources not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of such third parties.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FraudSentry is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any governmental authority, law-enforcement body, public agency, bank, telecom operator, or other third party.
19. Children
The Services are not directed primarily to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent or another lawful basis would be required, unless legally permitted. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information inappropriately, please contact us.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective may be treated as acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
