1) Who we are (Data Controller)

FraudSentry is a product owned and operated by Quantum Ignitions Ltd (“Quantum”, “we”, “us”). Quantum is the data controller for personal data processed through FraudSentry.

Company: Quantum Ignitions Ltd

Company No: 16968067

Registered office: 167 - 169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom

Contact: Use the Contact page on this site (we will add a dedicated support email on our domain as soon as it’s registered).

2) What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it’s used, how long it’s retained, and the choices and rights available to you.

3) What we collect

A) Information you provide

  • Message text you paste for analysis.
  • Phone call notes and guided call answers (if you use the phone-call option).
  • Feedback and contact form submissions (and any email you include).
  • Optional waitlist email (if you choose to provide it).

B) Information generated by the service

  • Risk score/label, indicator signals, reasons, and recommended next steps.
  • Tokenized access to saved reports (share token and delete token).

C) Technical and attribution information

  • Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service (for example, rate limiting and abuse prevention).
  • Attribution information when present (UTM parameters and referrer) to understand where users come from and improve FraudSentry.
  • Local storage identifiers used to prevent duplicate waitlist joins (anonymous ID stored in your browser).

4) Sensitive data warning

Please do not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, full bank details, or highly sensitive personal information. FraudSentry aims to redact common sensitive patterns before saving a report, but redaction is not guaranteed to detect everything.

5) How we use data

  • Provide the service (generate a Summary, reasons, and next steps).
  • Security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, monitoring, service protection).
  • Support and responding to deletion requests or questions.
  • Product improvement (e.g., aggregated insights, attribution analysis).

Note: This is not legal advice. If you are unsure about the correct lawful basis for a specific use case, consult a qualified privacy professional.

6) Private mode vs saved reports

Private mode: Analysis is performed but not saved in our database, and no share link is created.

Saved reports: We store a redacted version of your input along with the generated Summary. Access requires a tokenized share link. Anyone with the share link can view the saved report, so share carefully.

7) Sharing and service providers

We use service providers (“processors”) to run FraudSentry. We share only what is necessary to provide the service and maintain security.

  • Hosting and deployment (e.g., Vercel).
  • Database storage (e.g., Supabase/Postgres).

8) International transfers

Depending on where you access the service from and where our providers operate, information may be processed outside the UK/EEA/your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual commitments.

9) Retention

  • Saved reports: expire after 7 days.
  • Private mode: not saved to the database.
  • Waitlist entries: kept until you ask us to remove them or until we no longer need them for product launch communications.
  • Support/contact requests: kept as long as needed to respond and keep basic auditability.
  • Security/operational logs: retained for a limited period as needed for security and debugging.

10) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us via the Contact page.

11) Cookies and local storage

FraudSentry does not use advertising cookies. We may use essential technologies and local storage for basic functionality (e.g., remembering an anonymous waitlist ID and attribution parameters). See our Cookies page for details.

12) Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as tokenized report access and rate limiting. No system is 100% secure. To reduce risk, avoid submitting sensitive information.

13) Changes

We may update this policy. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
