1) Who we are

FraudSentry is owned and operated by Quantum Ignitions Ltd.

2) What FraudSentry does

FraudSentry analyzes user-provided content and produces a Summary, including risk indicators, reasons, and suggested next steps. Outputs are based on patterns and indicators and do not guarantee that something is fraudulent or safe.

3) No advice / no emergency service

FraudSentry does not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services. If you believe a crime is in progress, contact relevant authorities through official channels.

4) Your responsibilities

• Do not submit passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, or full bank details.
• Use Private mode if you do not want a saved report.
• Keep share links private and only share with trusted recipients.
• Verify independently using official websites/apps or trusted contact details you already have.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to probe, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt FraudSentry.
• Using FraudSentry to harass, defraud, or dox others.
• Submitting unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access to protect the service and users.

6) Third-party links

FraudSentry may link to third-party websites (for example, official reporting channels). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

7) Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of FraudSentry at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date.

8) Disclaimers

FraudSentry is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or outcomes. You are responsible for decisions made using the outputs.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or losses arising from reliance on FraudSentry outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Quantum Ignitions Ltd against claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful content submission, or violation of these Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
