If you would like to request deletion of your FraudSentry account and associated account-linked data, you can submit a deletion request using the contact method below.

How to request deletion

Contact us at support@fraudsentrycheck.com using the email address linked to your FraudSentry account.

Please include your FraudSentry account email and the subject line "Account deletion request".

What is deleted

  • FraudSentry account access credentials and account access.
  • Account-linked saved report history where applicable.
  • Associated account profile data where applicable.

What may be retained temporarily

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some requests may take longer where additional review is needed for security or legal reasons.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
