What does FraudSentry do?

FraudSentry helps people check suspicious messages/calls and take safer next steps. It does not guarantee detection, prevention, or recovery.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. FraudSentry is decision support only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency service.

How do web and app free checks differ?

Web gives 5 free checks. Android app gives 5 base checks, then up to 5 extra checks per week unlocked one at a time after a successful rewarded ad.

What are the plan limits?

Free: 5 web checks and no saved report retention. Pro: 75 checks/month and 7-day retention. Max: 250 checks/month (fair use) and 30-day retention.

Does Pro include Safe Call Shield, Trusted Circle, Vulnerable Mode, or Recovery Pack?

No. Those are Max-only features.

Why might caller prompts not appear?

Safe Call Shield is Max-only and Android-dependent. It needs permissions and FraudSentry must be selected as the active Caller ID & spam app. It also depends on device/platform support.

Does Trusted Circle auto-send to family?

No. Trusted Circle is manual only. One trusted contact. No auto-send and no background monitoring.

What does 'where supported' mean?

Some features depend on your phone model, Android version, app permissions, and system-level capability.

How long are reports saved?

Free: no saved report retention. Pro: up to 7 days. Max: up to 30 days.

Where is the user manual?

Open /user-manual from the header/footer or go directly to the User Manual page.

Can I paste non-English messages?

Yes. FraudSentry can translate many major languages to English for analysis and report generation.

How do I cancel?

Use Dashboard billing controls. Canceling stops auto-renew; access continues until the current paid period ends.
